In the summer months our homebred cattle graze on fresh green grass in the pasture & in winter cozy up in the barn to homegrown hay. Our cattle are finished on a grass based ration mixed with corn that is FREE of any added hormones.

  • Your beef, your way! Order a half or quarter beef and have your choice of cuts.

    Price per lb for is $7.50/lbs; we suggest budgeting $1100-1400 for a quarter beef and double that for half beef. The Quarter Beef usually range from 180-220 lbs and a Half Beef 360-440 lbs hang weight. The total charged is based on $/lb x hang weight. Depending on how you choose to process/cut your order will depend on how much meat you will get.

    To order a quarter or half beef please fill out the order form below and select the ‘place order’ button. Upon receiving your order we will contact you directly to collect a deposit of $250 and provide further details and a form to fill out for cutting instructions.

    Final invoice is due in full on or before pickup/delivery of your order. Payment can be made via cash, or e-transfer. Once your order is ready for pickup, we are only able to hold it 10 days. After the 10 day mark, your order is forfeited.

    Your customized order will come frozen with cuts labelled and paper wrapped. Ground beef will come in sealed clear bags.

  • Our delicious ground beef is vacuum packaged into 1 lb. bags to maintain freshness, quality and taste.

  • Try out our delicious 100% all beef burger this Summer! They are vacuumed sealed for ultimate taste and freshness! Approximately 2lbs. per package.

    8 - 4 oz. burgers for $15.00

    5 - 6 oz. burgers for $15.00

How to Order

ORDER: Contact us via phone or email upon receiving your order we will contact you to collect payment & your custom cut list.

PAYMENT: We accept cash & e-transfer, all orders must be paid in full before they are picked up. Quarter & Half Beef orders require a deposit of $250.
